What you will do

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Pega applications emphasizing case management and workflow orchestration.
• Actively code rules, flows, integrations, UI, and decisioning as a hands-on lead.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Pega designs aligned with guardrails and performance standards.
• Design end-to-end case lifecycles including stages, SLAs, approvals, and escalations using case types and subcases.
• Implement integrations via REST/SOAP services, connectors, and Pega patterns; collaborate on interface contracts.
• Mentor juniors through code reviews, set standards, participate in deployments and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Pega platform experience with hands-on development
• Strong expertise in Pega Case Management
• Proven experience with Pega system integrations (REST/SOAP, services, connectors)
• Solid understanding of Pega rules engine, flow rules, decision tables, data pages, performance tuning
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Pega certifications such as CSSA and/or CLSA

Nice to have

• Experience with Pega Infinity (latest versions)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Pega
• Knowledge of cloud
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
