What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG platforms and external systems using APIs and custom connectors.
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, and IT partners to translate business needs into technical specifications and mapping documents.
• Collaborate with UKG support and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex data flow issues.
• Monitor integration performance and perform root-cause analysis to ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process modernization aligned with organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience within a healthcare environment.
• Dell Boomi certification is required.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, SFTP, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of UKG data models, connectors, and API frameworks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Columbus, OH.

Nice to have

• Experience leading major ERP upgrades, implementations, or transformation initiatives.
• Subject matter expertise in Workday, UKG, or ServiceNow.
• Strong design-thinking and strategic roadmap development skills.
