PLM Configuration Specialist (Remote)

Focus on designing scalable features, collaborating on deployments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews and QA.

Location: Must be located within North America, Australia, or Europe. Flexibility to work fully remotely, hybrid, or in-office at hirify.global offices in Mobile, AL, USA or Victoria, BC, Canada. Flexibility in working hours required to accommodate client time zones.

Salary: $85,000-110,000

What you will do

• Develop and configure client-specific PLM solutions aligned with customer requirements and product architecture as part of an agile cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement new PLM features, customizations, and enhancements.
• Interpret complex requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Support solution deployment, troubleshooting, demos, and provide technical guidance to the Enterprise Solutions team.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and create technical documentation including specs, release notes, and user guides.

Requirements

• Located within North America, Australia, or Europe.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Post-secondary education in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with configuration/development of PLM/Engineering Change Processes.
• Proven experience with JavaScript and C#.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience.

• Exposure to CAD and Design Review applications.
