PLM Configuration Specialist

Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-office; candidates must be located in North America, Australia, or Europe. Office locations are Mobile, Alabama, USA, and Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

What you will do

• Develop and configure client-specific PLM solutions within an agile, cross-functional team.
• Plan, design, and develop PLM features, customizations, and enhancements.
• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Support solution deployments, troubleshoot issues, demonstrate configurations, and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and QA testing to validate functional and performance requirements.
• Create technical documentation, including development specifications, release notes, user guides, and test plans.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience configuring or developing PLM and Engineering Change Processes.
• Proven experience with JavaScript and C#.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Ability to work flexibly across client time zones and collaborate through remote meetings.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CAD and Design Review applications.
• Experience engaging with clients to capture complex requirements and define end-to-end processes.
