Expected travel up to 40%.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle Oracle implementations including planning, design, build, prototyping, testing, and support procedures.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals; configure applications and conduct unit testing.
• Create training materials, conduct classes for end users, and provide post-production support.
• Drive development of business cases for strategic initiatives, process improvements, or IT transformations.
• Coach team members, demonstrate executive presence, and contribute to service offerings and thought leadership.
• Meet utilization targets and communicate effectively to senior audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related; Master's a plus.
• Minimum 6 years related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients nationally; 5+ full Oracle life cycle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; knowledge of SDLC, metrics, reports, application integration, Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Strong leadership, project delivery under time pressure, process analysis from current to future state.
• Can travel as needed up to 40%.
