Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the U.S. All North American new hires must be onboarded in person at the Tampa office (approx. 3 days).

What you will do

• Lead Dynamics GP implementations, including requirement gathering, workflow design, and system configuration.
• Manage go-live activities, provide end-user training, and offer post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong relationships.
• Collaborate on project planning, task scheduling, and overall solution architecture.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the improvement of project methodologies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and client challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Solid expertise in GP system configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of the GP Manufacturing module.
• Experience with SSRS Report Writer.
• Proficiency with GP integration tools such as SSIS, Integration Manager, SmartConnect, and Web Services.
