Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the U.S. All North American new hires must be onboarded in person at the Tampa office (approx. 3 days).

What you will do
- Lead Dynamics GP implementations, including requirement gathering, workflow design, and system configuration.
- Manage go-live activities, provide end-user training, and offer post-implementation support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong relationships.
- Collaborate on project planning, task scheduling, and overall solution architecture.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the improvement of project methodologies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and client challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Solid expertise in GP system configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Functional knowledge of the GP Manufacturing module.
- Experience with SSRS Report Writer.
- Proficiency with GP integration tools such as SSIS, Integration Manager, SmartConnect, and Web Services.
