Lead ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow): Designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects with an accent on platform architecture, integrations, and workflow automation. Location: Fully Remote (EST hours). U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract requirements and the need to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
• Create custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture.

Requirements

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Service Portal development, and custom application creation.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and high-level solution design.
