BC Functional Consultant - Finance (ERP)

TL;DR

BC Functional Consultant – Finance (ERP): Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations with an accent on solution design, configuration, and financial module expertise across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services industries. Focus on translating business needs into functional solutions, facilitating client workshops, and collaborating with technical teams for seamless integrations and deployments.

Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S. and Canada. Must be U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident. All new hires onboarded in person at Tampa office (up to 3 days). Travel up to 25% within the United States.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end BC implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Design functional solutions leveraging BC core capabilities with minimal customization.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user training for client adoption.
• Collaborate with technical, development, and project teams for integrated solutions.
• Contribute to delivery methodology and industry-specific templates.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in consulting/partner environment.
• Strong knowledge of BC modules: financials, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or project accounting.
• Experience supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, and/or professional services.
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and client relationship skills.
• Acumen with extensions, integrations, and Power Platform; effective technical collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Relevant Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
