TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (Software): Generating sales within an assigned territory by collaborating with channel partners and prospects with an accent on B2B high-tech product sales and lead generation. Focus on driving revenue through the identification and closing of new business opportunities and maintaining the CRM system.

Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Office Based, remote work available for residents)

What you will do

  • Generate sales within the assigned territory and drive revenue to consistently achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Map business and technical benefits to end-user requirements via partner deal registrations and lead generation lists.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Maximize regional coverage and penetrate target organizations with hirify.global products.
  • Maintain the Salesforce CRM system and provide accurate forecasting and account opportunity data.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and system engineers on territory planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and C1 level proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
  • At least two years of B2B sales experience in high-tech products or services.
  • Must be permanently located in the Czech Republic.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
