Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland. Must have legal right to work in Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

What you will do

• Drive commercial success in the territory by introducing products and implementing sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations, monthly/quarterly/annual meetings, and coordinate marketing concepts.
• Acquire new customers and expand into additional sales channels.
• Review key business metrics regularly and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate closely with sales management and customer service teams.
• Handle other relevant activities and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in account management within Fashion, Sports lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP and BI knowledge preferred.
• Results-oriented, proactive, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of retail environment.
