What you will do

• Own stability, performance, and continuous improvement of CRM systems
• Optimize workflow orchestration, data flows, QA processes, and efficiency
• Coach and mentor CRM team on technical best practices and scalable approaches
• Support CRM campaign execution and customer-facing messaging
• Redesign CRM templates and modular components for better performance
• Build and automate processes for efficiency and data quality
• Partner with Engineering, MarTech, and Data Science on tracking, integrations, and ML-driven experiments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong proficiency in SQL, APIs, and analytics tools
• Solid experience with data pipelines and modern data infrastructure
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution, passion for mentoring
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration
• Very good English skills (at least C1 level)

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, or contextual bandit experimentation
