What you will do

• Develop and execute the annual global events strategy and calendar aligned with business goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of international conferences, conventions, and community gatherings.
• Design end-to-end attendee experiences from registration to post-event follow-up.
• Manage annual event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Negotiate and manage international venues, production partners, and service providers.
• Oversee logistics for digital, hybrid, and physical events, including audiovisuals and catering.

Requirements

• Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communication, or Hospitality.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale corporate or international events.
• Proven track record of delivering conferences from concept to execution.
• Strong experience in budget management and supplier negotiations.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
