Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA, focusing on the Central region)
Salary: $150k–$170k base + Bonus

What you will do
- Lead, manage, and own the business across the entire Central region.
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers.
- Translate national business strategy into executable local plans and monthly volume targets.
- Negotiate funding agreements and design incentive programs for distributor partners.
- Manage key retail accounts, promotion calendars, and trade spend investments.
- Mentor, coach, and train a team of Regional Managers to deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in sales within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) company.
- Demonstrated experience managing field sales teams through servant leadership.
- Proficiency in data tools (SPINS, Retailer Portals) and trade math.
- Experience in the Natural Products Industry and CPG selling (refrigerated/ambient/frozen) highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in an early-stage company environment.
