What you will do
- Own the retailer pipeline by prospecting, pitching, and closing accounts across natural and conventional channels.
- Manage broker and distributor relationships, setting targets and ensuring accountability.
- Lead end-to-end retailer review cycles, including velocity analysis and reporting.
- Develop sales infrastructure such as pitch decks, deal sheets, and broker briefs.
- Collaborate with Operations on demo programs, sampling, and field activation.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales and account management.
- Proven track record of taking brands through retailer reviews and growing accounts.
- Fluency in retail data, including velocity, $/store/week, ACV, sell-through, and forecasting.
- Strong expertise in pricing, trade spend, and promo planning for premium products.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting buyer emails and broker briefs.
