TL;DR
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist (Sales Enablement): Developing and executing targeted enablement programs for Partner Sales and Regional teams in EMEA and APAC with an accent on seller readiness and partner effectiveness. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in London, UK (at least two days per week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted enablement programs for Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Hyperscalers to increase partner-led productivity.
- Design scalable instructional content and playbooks using adult learning principles for EMEA and APAC regions.
- Facilitate live and virtual workshops across diverse time zones to align on product launches and sales plays.
- Consult with Sales and RevOps leadership to identify and resolve regional performance gaps via data-driven training.
- Manage the distribution and adoption of sales tools including Highspot and Gong.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development.
- 2–3 years of experience specifically supporting partner ecosystems or indirect sales channels.
- Proven experience supporting international sales regions, specifically EMEA or APAC.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce and enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience.
