What you will do

• Set strategic direction and drive execution of division objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Manage overall division operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability.
• Develop and sustain high-level client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Lead and mentor senior staff, fostering accountability and preparing future leaders for succession.
• Ensure the delivery of large-scale projects to quality, schedule, and cost standards.
• Represent the firm at key client engagements and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credential required.
• 15-20+ years of progressive engineering/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.
