What you will do

• Determine resource requirements for customer site operations and training based on demand forecasts.
• Plan and schedule field engineers for both planned and unplanned site support to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate customer training events and define competency criteria and certification levels for engineers.
• Oversee field engineering operations and serve as the primary point of contact for critical escalations.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance the efficiency of field operations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the field engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 10+ years of experience, Master's with 8+ years, or 10+ years of relevant military leadership experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess or have previously held a U.S. DoD SECRET clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% annually, both domestically and internationally.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
