What you will do

• Lead weekly client meetings and manage client relationships.
• Execute paid search and paid social strategies across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs and communicate actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic recommendations and achieve growth goals.
• Utilize in-house and 3rd party tools to drive campaign performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 4+ years of experience in paid search and paid social campaign management.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role.
• Strong experience with Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Proven experience with conversion campaigns, lead generation, and website strategy.
• Experience with AppsFlyer and platform integration for conversion data.
• Ability to manage large budgets and optimize for performance.

Nice to have

• Mix of in-house and agency experience.
• Experience with SEO, CRO, organic social, or email marketing.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
