What you will do
- Partner with the sales team to manage account activity, documentation, and client-facing meetings or events.
- Cultivate internal partnerships to ensure seamless, on-time execution of projects.
- Support the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs across diverse clients.
- Integrate AI and automation into workflows to scale projects and enhance client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in account or project management (Digital, Agency, or Healthcare preferred).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, GenAI) to streamline tasks.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CME, or medical publishing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, Workfront, and data tools like Tableau or Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
