What you will do
- Own a core product area end-to-end, from initial strategy and discovery to launch and iterative improvement.
- Translate complex problems into clear opportunities and actionable product plans.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ship intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
- Utilize data, customer insights, and market signals to shape the product roadmap and drive decision-making.
- Drive high-level company priorities and ensure product scalability for a global market.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and QA throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Proven track record of leading products from 0 to 1 in fast-paced tech environments.
- Strong UX intuition and a passion for creating simple, effective user experiences.
- Advanced analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with clarity.
- Excellent communication skills for proactive cross-cultural collaboration in a remote setting.
- Must be based in one of the specified supported countries (Europe/South Africa).
