What you will do

• Manage relationships with an assigned book of Configure One customers to drive renewals and expansions.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities to consistently grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Deliver product demonstrations and business value presentations to stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support as the primary commercial contact.
• Manage pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy while proactively mitigating churn risk.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance work quality and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States (EST time zone).
• Experience in complex SaaS outside sales, particularly with CPQ or ERP solutions.
• Proven ability to sell to engineering, operations, and IT stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Comfort working in a high-activity, KPI-driven sales environment.
