What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies with a primary focus on retail media channels.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across retail media networks such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, OTTO, and eBay.
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Drive innovations and lead bi-weekly internal retail media meetings to solve sector-specific challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years specifically in retail media advertising.
• Proven track record of managing successful retail media campaigns with significant ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German or French is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
