What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 7-10 software developers assigned to multiple projects.
• Oversee the .NET Centre of Excellence to define best practices and standards for the entire SDLC.
• Contribute 50-80% of time to hands-on designing and developing software solutions.
• Manage hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and long-term career planning for the team.
• Direct the technology strategy and design principles within the .NET ecosystem.
• Own the automated deployment of releases via CI/CD pipelines and lead the development of automated unit testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering team leader or manager.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer in the C# .NET stack.
• Proficiency in Azure App Services, deployment, diagnostics, monitoring, and Azure DevOps.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, SQLite) or NoSQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD) in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience building cross-platform solutions (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux).
• Experience with Microsoft Playwright.
• Experience with payment systems and solutions.
