What you will do

• Lead end-to-end FP&A processes, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for Global Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Act as a strategic finance co-pilot for Supply Chain Planning and S&OP, providing financial insights on inventory, working capital, and E&O risks.
• Manage fixed cost budgeting and lead performance reviews focused on cost, inventory, cash, and productivity.
• Partner with the CFO of Global Supply Chain and other senior leaders to influence decision-making through forward-looking analysis.
• Lead and develop FP&A and analytics teams, enhancing capabilities in data automation and AI-driven insights.
• Drive simplification and continuous improvement of FP&A tools, processes, and ways of working.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, specifically within FP&A and supply chain environments.
• Proven track record as a finance co-pilot to senior operational stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of inventory economics, volumes, and working capital.
• Experience in financial consolidation and a track record of leading and developing finance teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CPA is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics and AI-driven tools such as Copilot.
