What you will do

• Design and implement the internal control framework within Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
• Evaluate and standardize financial processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
• Monitor control effectiveness and follow up on internal and external audit findings.
• Collaborate with the ERP team to implement process changes and optimize IT systems.
• Align process improvements by working closely with stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, or Consulting.
• Proven experience with internal controls in Finance and process design.
• Strong project management skills and ownership of initiatives.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating in an international environment.

• Knowledge of AI.
