What you will do

• Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting and reporting processes.
• Develop scalable internal controls and ensure accounting treatments reflect business reality.
• Manage day-to-day activities of multiple financial entities and perform month-end reporting.
• Collaborate with Booking Holdings Finance teams for compliance and technical accounting alignment.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Lead small projects and contribute to large-scale financial infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CA highly desirable).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Proficiency with SAP, Blackline, or similar accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to partner with commercial and operational teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.
