What you will do

• Own the full group cash forecast, including operating cash flow, working capital movements, capex, and debt service.
• Consolidate regional cash inputs into a single Group view and author liquidity sections for Board and lender reporting.
• Partner with Financial Control and Treasury to ensure data governance and challenge regional assumptions.
• Build and standardize cash forecasting and reporting processes within a lean Group FP&A team.
• Implement and lead the use of AI tools to automate variance commentary and liquidity narratives.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate FP&A with clear ownership of cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Proven experience producing lender-grade or investor-grade materials for leveraged or PE-backed environments.
• Strong Excel modeling capability for building and maintaining robust cash models.
• Practical experience using AI tools in finance workflows to improve speed and insight.
• Confidence operating and communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (minimum 4 days/week for the first 6 months).

Nice to have

• FMCG or consumer goods experience with knowledge of cash conversion dynamics.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regional finance structures.
• Private Equity exposure.
