What you will do

  • Build and lead the FP&A function, coaching a team of 5 controllers across Business, Financial, and Consolidation roles.
  • Establish the department's operating model, planning calendar, and governance framework.
  • Act as a senior finance partner to leadership teams, supporting business plans, investment cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own and optimize budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop a KPI framework and management reporting to provide actionable insights into performance drivers.
  • Provide financial leadership for network expansion, capital allocation, and investment prioritization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, business control, or corporate finance leadership in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams and transforming finance capabilities.
  • Extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and investment appraisal.
  • Ability to partner with and constructively challenge senior business stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Amsterdam under a hybrid model.
