What you will do

• Lead and develop a large Accounts Payable organization to foster a high-performing environment.
• Own end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, automation, and ERP system usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
• Lead change and transformation initiatives to bring continuous structural improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proven leadership experience in larger or complex organizational setups.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and a mindset for process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for operating in dynamic environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sevenum, Netherlands.
• German language proficiency is a plus.
