What you will do
- Develop and execute the partner growth strategy for Singapore and selected APAC markets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners in the education and digital learning sectors.
- Drive joint pipeline generation through account mapping, co-selling, and partner-led lead generation.
- Manage partner enablement programs, including sales training and product education.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track all interactions in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with internal presales, marketing, and success teams to scale market presence.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or growth-focused B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of recruiting and activating partners in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working within the Singapore and/or APAC markets.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive measurable growth outcomes.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
