Salary: S$80,000 – S$115,000

What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and close new platform and API partnerships with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and marketing automation providers.
- Own the full BD cycle from first contact through signed agreement and technical onboarding.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope API integration requirements and get them live.
- Execute joint go-to-market (GTM) motions to increase monthly active advertiser (EMAA) counts.
- Track and optimize partnership KPIs including registrations, new customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Act as the primary link between external partners and internal technical teams to resolve integration blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform partnerships, business development, or API partnership management.
- Proven track record of closing and operationalizing partnerships.
- Technical fluency with APIs, including the ability to read documentation and discuss requirements with engineers.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and how SMBs utilize ad products (pixel, conversion tracking).
- English: Fluent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Background in marketplace, platform ecosystem, or API-first businesses.
- Familiarity with TikTok’s ad products and the SMB advertiser journey.
