Hybrid in Edinburgh, Bristol or Leeds (at least 2 days per week or 40% of time in one of the office sites)

What you will do

• Own and lead the end-to-end triage operating model for IP&I.
• Translate strategic priorities into triage principles and decision frameworks.
• Lead a team proactively searching for opportunities to streamline, eliminate or automate processes.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex or cross-cutting demand and route it into correct delivery pathways.
• Provide oversight of governance, risk and controls in partnership with key functions.
• Engage senior stakeholders across IP&I and the Group, build high-performing squad, and monitor benefit delivery using MI and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven leadership experience in a complex and regulated environment
• 5+ years experience supporting delivery or operational improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence engaging and influencing at senior levels
• Understanding of governance and risk in regulated environments
• Highly organised, delivery-focused with clear written and verbal communication skills
