What you will do

• Plan and oversee data delivery activities within the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Data standards.
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, managing timeframes and proactively highlighting risks and issues.
• Facilitate agile delivery through sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive the throughput of user stories and tasks by actively removing blockers for technical teams.
• Ensure data handling follows governance, security, and privacy controls in coordination with Architecture teams.
• Translate technical progress into meaningful updates for stakeholders across Technology and Data domains.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of agile delivery practices and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure data tooling, specifically Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL.
• Understanding of enterprise-grade data governance, data lineage, controls, and compliance obligations.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture colleagues within a large organization.
• Must be based in the UK to align with local benefits and operational requirements.
