What you will do

  • Design, build, and test scalable solutions to enhance operational capabilities for global asset management products.
  • Deliver outsourced global operational solutions aligned with market, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  • Manage partnerships with strategic vendor partners and outsourced providers to ensure service quality and controls.
  • Track and mitigate risks and issues, driving alignment across a broad network of internal stakeholders.
  • Define testing approaches, ensure successful CUAT, and manage operational readiness and hypercare.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to resolve complex design challenges in investment operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in the asset management industry with strong investment operations knowledge.
  • Extensive experience supporting OTC and ETD trade lifecycle operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering operating model changes within operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of outsourced service models and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience delivering solutions within robust risk and control frameworks.
  • Location: Must be based in or be able to work in London on a hybrid basis
