What you will do

• Identify global operating model opportunities across IP&I with a strategic lens.
• Shape and execute the 2026–2030 strategic workforce plan.
• Oversee end-to-end international service provision and monitor trends/issues.
• Develop cross-geography initiatives to drive productivity and innovation.
• Deliver process improvements and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Build partnerships across business units and LBG partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven leadership in regulated/complex environments, building high-performing teams
• 5+ years leading large-scale complex change/transformation initiatives
• 3+ years stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders
• Excellent communication skills with storytelling flair.
• Comfort with ambiguity, robust governance, and risk management.
• Strong business/commercial focus on delivery, cost, and benefits.
