What you will do
- Support reward cycles by preparing data packs, scenario modelling, and multiplier analysis for ASR, STI, and LTI.
- Maintain job architecture, including grade definitions, role family documentation, and cross-functional levelling.
- Manage benefits operations, tracking utilization and eligibility across all operating markets.
- Own operational relationships with benchmarking data suppliers to ensure accurate market data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRBPs and hiring managers regarding job offers and salary adjustments.
- Monitor compensation legislation across all countries and track reward competitiveness and EVP.
Requirements
- Background in reward, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, job levelling, and benchmarking.
- Must be able to work from the office in Szczecin.
