What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of internal company events, team gatherings, and offsites.
  • Manage end-to-end swag operations, including sourcing, budgeting, inventory, and distribution.
  • Coordinate and improve employee benefits programs and communications.
  • Design and implement initiatives to strengthen company culture and increase global engagement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and agencies while optimizing budget spend.
  • Build scalable workflows and lead the Operations team to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English speaker for vendor negotiations and internal communications.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, workplace experience, or event management.
  • Prior team leadership experience.
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Ownership mentality and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
