What you will do
- Design and optimize global compensation and variable pay processes in SuccessFactors.
- Support annual global salary reviews and bonus cycles in collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.
- Manage system releases, enhancements, integrations, and change initiatives.
- Ensure high data quality, system integrity, and an excellent user experience for global stakeholders.
- Identify risks and provide strategic insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
- Contribute to the digitalization and harmonization of global Total Rewards processes.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in end-to-end compensation and variable pay processes, preferably in a global environment.
- Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay modules.
- Strong background in Total Rewards, including merit processes and short-term incentive schemes.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and cross-regional project settings.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficient English skills, written and spoken.
