Location: Remote (Offices in Prague & Warsaw)

What you will do

• Partner with Consulting leaders on organizational structure, performance management, and team health.
• Design and coordinate internal L&D programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Manage corporate communication channels, announcements, and culture-related content.
• Support the recruitment pipeline for Consulting roles, including screening and coordination.
• Monitor people metrics to identify risks such as burnout or attrition and drive action plans.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Generalist fundamentals, including Employee Life Cycle and Performance Management.
• Proven track record in organizing training programs and managing LMS platforms.
• Experience in internal communications and corporate channel management.
• Basic recruiting skills, specifically screening and pipeline management.
• English: B1 level required.
• Ukrainian and Russian language proficiency.
