What you will do

• Define and implement the global governance model for clinics, including standards, roles, and escalation pathways.
• Oversee 22 global onsite clinics to ensure regulatory compliance and drive process improvement.
• Coordinate with EHSS and HR to align clinic operations with occupational health and workforce health strategies.
• Establish global policies and operating standards that accommodate local regulatory and cultural requirements.
• Partner with Workers’ Compensation teams on early intervention and return-to-work strategies.
• Manage clinic vendor performance, including service delivery and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related science.
• Technical expertise in workers compensation claim processing, cost drivers, and settlement practices.
• Strong financial analysis skills for reviewing program costs and reserving practices.
• Experience with claim investigation and litigation.
• Working knowledge of government regulations associated with workers compensation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
