What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact for regional and country-specific functional HR IT topics.
• Support the implementation and operational run of the global HR IT landscape within the European region.
• Coordinate regional testing, documentation, releases, and change requests to ensure global standards are followed.
• Manage regional HR IT compliance and audit topics, coordinating the execution of remedial action plans.
• Analyze and track regional and local KPIs to monitor system performance and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation, training materials, and guidelines for regional processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR system-related projects within an international environment.
• Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes (both on-premise and cloud).
• Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules, ideally within SAP HCM.
• Business fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Educational background in HR and/or IT.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance-related requirements.
