💡 What you’ll do:
• Own HR operations in Poland: onboarding, offboarding, employee changes.
• Manage HR documentation & employee records (contracts, amendments, HRIS).
• Coordinate payroll & benefits (input validation, healthcare, sport cards, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and support audits.
• Handle employee queries and support relocation/work permit documentation.
• Improve HR processes and collaborate with Global HR, Finance, Legal teams.
🎯 What we expect:
• 2+ years in HR Operations / HR Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law & compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• English B2+ and Polish B2+ (both written and spoken).
• Russian — nice to have.
