What you will do
- Grow and manage a team of analysts.
- Maintain the infrastructure and operating procedures for insurance business, including retention, quoting, and reporting.
- Optimize call center operations by monitoring performance and managing pipeline development and renewal cycles.
- Partner with the business to develop strategies for products under the Cover umbrella.
- Develop and drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong operational leadership experience managing multi-function teams.
- Demonstrated success in monitoring and managing KPIs.
- Professional experience within property and casualty (P&C) agencies.
- Deep understanding of insurance lifecycles.
- Ability to contribute to and inform strategic decision-making.
