AVP, Scrum Master (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Alpharetta, GA). Must be based near a hirify.global Hub in the US; legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for Oracle ERP Cloud teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as an Agile coach to promote self-organization, continuous improvement, and Agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments, managing cross-team dependencies and offshore/onshore communication.
• Monitor team metrics and provide transparent reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate capacity planning, sprint forecasting, and Oracle ERP Cloud releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager leading Agile teams for software or cloud products.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of experience in improving software development processes.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship is provided.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations or other ERP solutions.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed Agile teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
