What you will do

• Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies and governance tools to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Business, and Operations project sponsors to build complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.
• Identify, report, and remediate project risks, escalating critical issues to senior partners.
• Collaborate with product owners to develop strategic visions, forward-looking roadmaps, and refine the demand backlog.
• Define quality assurance and testing approaches, providing coaching on best practices and developing migration strategies.
• Manage team performance, delegate tasks, set deadlines, and establish clear performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing programs and projects in an investment bank or financial services firm.
• Proven track record of translating business requirements into engineering deliverables.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets for root cause analysis and solution design.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools, specifically JIRA and JIRA Portfolio.
• Strong experience in project scope definition, risk management, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) execution.
