What you will do

• Lead complex Ads and Analytics programs from discovery through launch to align with strategic business goals.
• Manage integrated project plans using a hybrid approach, balancing Agile development cycles with Waterfall milestones.
• Coordinate cross-platform data integrations and oversee the implementation of tracking strategies and audience segmentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to translate high-level requirements into actionable execution plans.
• Maintain total program visibility and deliver executive-level reporting using JIRA, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Proactively identify and resolve dependencies and risks to ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced media environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital technology projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven background in Digital Media, Interactive Media, Publishing, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription products.
• Strong working knowledge of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or similar Customer Data Platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
