What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects on time, within scope, and budget using Agile practices including sprints, stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, providing status updates, and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to align deliverables with client requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage project scope changes.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and schedules; mhirify.globalor team performance and resource utilization.
• Support client training and adoption of the implemented software solutions; promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management within professional services, software implementation, or SaaS/consulting.
• Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum software implementation projects; familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and implementation lifecycles (integration, customization, deployment).
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
