Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects on time, within scope, and budget using Agile practices including sprints, stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, providing status updates, and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to align deliverables with client requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage project scope changes.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and schedules; mor team performance and resource utilization.
- Support client training and adoption of the implemented software solutions; promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project management within professional services, software implementation, or SaaS/consulting.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum software implementation projects; familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and implementation lifecycles (integration, customization, deployment).
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
