TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US and able to commute to the nearest Hub (e.g., Stamford, CT) for in-person engagement
Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Drive program initiatives to increase credit penetration across Amazon's retail ecosystem while ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Collaborate with business leaders at and Amazon to implement strategies that improve sales and engagement.
- Manage portfolio governance, ensuring compliance, risk management, and adherence to corporate policies.
- Navigate Amazon's internal prioritization process to move key initiatives through to completion efficiently.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with Amazon stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Utilize SharePoint to create and manage trackers and dashboards for project transparency and progress updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent work experience in the financial services field.
- 5+ years of experience in client management, program management, or business development.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.
- Technical proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- MBA or professional certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
- Previous experience working directly with Amazon or other large enterprise clients.
- Experience in both waterfall and scaled agile product management owning a digital product roadmap.
- Proven success in developing customer experience or engagement strategies in the digital space.
