Salary: Total OTE Range (Base + Variable) $175,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets through impactful coaching and skill development.
  • Set clear performance metrics and use data-driven one-on-one meetings to provide actionable feedback.
  • Diagnose team performance using KPIs to adjust strategies and optimize productivity (activity levels, conversion rates).
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks to enable sales reps to focus on selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on lead quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and BDRs.
  • Proven track record of coaching junior sales talent to exceed targets.
  • Data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a high-performance team.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.
