What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed sales targets through impactful coaching and skill development.
- Set clear performance metrics and use data-driven one-on-one meetings to provide actionable feedback.
- Diagnose team performance using KPIs to adjust strategies and optimize productivity (activity levels, conversion rates).
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks to enable sales reps to focus on selling.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on lead quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and BDRs.
- Proven track record of coaching junior sales talent to exceed targets.
- Data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a high-performance team.
- High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.
