What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Set clear performance metrics and provide actionable, data-driven feedback through one-on-one coaching.
  • Utilize sales KPIs to diagnose team performance and adjust execution strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot roadblocks to optimize rep productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on lead quality and sales tools.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
  • Proven ability to coach junior sales talent to exceed targets while maintaining high accountability.
  • Data-centric mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to motivate and provide constructive feedback.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability to changing business needs.
