TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the SMB/MM sales team, managing a team of SDRs and Account Executives.
  • Take ownership of achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the SMB/MM segment.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales funnel in collaboration with Marketing, ABM, and Partner teams.
  • Implement an AI-centric approach to daily workflows and sales enablement priorities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology.
  • Track sales metrics and report performance data to leadership with strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Account Executive or Sales Development teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive role, preferably within SaaS and marketing industries.
  • Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to make strategic decisions based on metrics.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
